Working closely with Raquel Aparicio, we developed a series of illustrations for Dulux Colours of Heritage billboard project.

Colours of Heritage Billboard in Penang Island was constructed to commemorate the island’s listing as a UNESCO World Heritage Site for the island’s unique architectural and cultural landscape.

The billboard, which showcases Dulux paint colour range and features, was erected while the current surrounding buildings were being restored.

Promoting eco-friendly paint through the illustration of Penang Botanical Gardens, which is also known as Monkey Park. Promoting paint washability through the illustration of Penang island, which is often known as The Pearl of The Orient. Promoting long-lasting colours through the depiction of a tortoise at Kek Lok Si Temple (Temple of Supreme Bliss). For the Chinese, the tortoise symbolizes longevity, power and tenacity.
